Unraveling the Boardian Knot

Unraveling the Boardian Knot - Boardified

Our virtual, certificated program for senior staff professionals who work with boards.

Nonprofit professionals manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders — board members, staff, funders, constituents, partners, and more. We know that a strong board-staff relationship is critical to organizational success. That’s where Unraveling the Boardian Knot comes in.

Designed for senior staff professionals of Jewish communal organizations, this program provides the  time and safe space to build a better board. Professionals learn the principles of healthy governance, apply best practices in board engagement and fundraising, and discover frameworks to deepen partnerships with board members. Our customized curriculum is delivered by Northwestern University’s Kellogg School Center for Nonprofit Management faculty and practitioners in the field.
